About us
A small, independent team building the paperwork layer for healthcare
ClinReady Sign was founded by Didian Tsongwain, a CISSP-certified data security architect and healthcare staffing executive who spent years watching the same problem repeat itself: nurses, CNAs, and clinicians ready to start work, stuck behind stacks of onboarding paperwork that general-purpose e-signature tools were never built to handle. HIPAA acknowledgments, license attestations, background-check authorizations — each one manually tracked, manually filed, and disconnected from the systems that actually manage a workforce. We build the layer that removes that work: AI drafts the packet, routes it to the right signers, and produces defensible evidence that it was signed — for healthcare first, and for every regulated team that inherited the same paperwork problem.

A message from our founder
Why we built ClinReady Sign
For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of enterprise data security and healthcare workforce staffing — first as a data security architect and engineer supporting database activity monitoring, encryption, and cyber risk programs for major health payers and health systems, and later as the founder of an IT consulting and staffing firm placing clinical and technical talent into healthcare organizations across the country.
That second role is where ClinReady Sign was born.
Running a healthcare-focused staffing operation means living inside onboarding paperwork every single day. Every nurse, every CNA, every 1099 clinician we placed needed the same thing before their first shift: a stack of agreements, acknowledgments, and compliance attestations signed, verified, and filed correctly — HIPAA acknowledgments, background-check authorizations, license attestations, facility-specific policies, direct deposit forms, handbook sign-offs. Multiply that by every state, every facility, every employment classification, and every credential expiration date, and what should have been a simple signature became a persistent operational drag.
The tools available weren’t built for this. General-purpose e-signature platforms treat a healthcare onboarding packet the same way they treat a sales contract — a document, a signature block, done. They have no concept of a nurse’s license status, a facility’s policy version, a W-2 versus 1099 distinction, or the fact that a signed HIPAA acknowledgment should automatically close out a checklist item and update a worker’s readiness to be scheduled.
So I set out to build the platform I always wished I had — one that speaks the language of regulated operations natively: credentials, facilities, classifications, expirations. One where a signed document doesn’t just get stored; it updates a checklist, closes a compliance gap, and keeps a workforce ready to work.
That security background matters here in a way it doesn’t for most document tools. These documents carry PHI, identity data, and legally significant evidence — they demand the same rigor I applied to protecting health payer data for years: tamper-evident audit trails, strict tenant isolation, encrypted storage, and append-only evidence records that can’t quietly be altered after the fact. ClinReady Sign was architected with that discipline from day one, not bolted on afterward.
ClinReady Sign exists because I got tired of watching good people — HR teams, credentialing specialists, caregivers, and clinicians — lose time and momentum to paperwork that should have been effortless.
From onboarding to compliance, every document signed and ready.

A data security architect turned healthcare staffing operator: years spent building database activity monitoring, encryption, and cyber risk programs for major health payers and health systems, then years running an IT consulting and staffing firm placing clinical and technical talent nationwide. ClinReady Sign is the product of both — healthcare-native document workflows built with enterprise security discipline. My name is on it: if something does not work, write to me directly.

- Funding
- Self-funded from revenue. No outside investors, so there is no growth pressure to overstate what ships.
- Team
- A small founder-led engineering team. The people answering support are the people shipping the product.
- Customers
- Current clients include Metropol-Tech Consulting Inc, MTCI Healthcare Services, CareVieo Inc, Dalev Behavioral Services, and E & D Tax Services. We name them rather than publishing anonymous logos. We publish named-client testimonials on our homepage and arrange reference calls on request.

How we operate
Say only what is true today
Roadmap items are labelled as roadmap. Certifications we do not hold are not implied. If a capability is simulated in a demo, the demo says so.
Evidence over adjectives
Every completed envelope carries a certificate of completion, a SHA-256 document hash, and a timestamped audit trail you can export — proof that does not depend on trusting our marketing.
Your data stays yours
Each organization is a separate tenant with row-level access control and private storage. Documents are processed to produce your result and are never used to train models.
Talk to the people who build it
Support goes to the team writing the code, not a tiered call centre. Escalations, bug reports, and feature requests land in the same inbox.
Evaluating us as a partner?
Ask for whatever you need to complete a vendor review: architecture detail, data-flow diagrams, subprocessor list, incident-response process, penetration testing plans, or a walkthrough of the audit trail on a live envelope. Write to support@clinready.com and you will get a direct answer, including where the answer is "not yet".
